As an appointment is held just for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us at least 48-hours notice so our books can be adjusted accordingly and clients on the waiting list can be accommodated.
PLEASE NOTE: Less than 48-hours notice or NO-SHOW will result in no refund of deposit.

* Please arrive at least 5-mins before your appointment time. If you are going to be late, please call the salon.
If you are more than 15mins late, there is a great chance that your appointment will be cancelled and NO refund will be issued.
