  1. Appointments & Bookings
  • Appointments may be booked online, or in person.
  • A deposit or full payment is required for certain services; this will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are accurate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.
  1. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Show Policy
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend an appointment (“no‑show”) may result in full service charges being applied.
  • Repeated no‑shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
  1. Consultations & Patch Tests
  • Certain treatments require a mandatory patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment.
  • Failure to attend a patch test may result in cancellation of the service for your safety.
  • You must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect treatment.
  1. Service Satisfaction & Complaints
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • We may offer a complimentary adjustment or alternative solution at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis.
  1. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

  1. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
  • Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and valid only until the expiry date stated.
  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Products purchased in‑salon or online are subject to availability.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments.
  • Follow aftercare instructions provided by stylists or therapists.
  • Treat staff and other clients with respect.
  • Supervise children at all times while on the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in an abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, infections, or contraindications before treatment.
  • We are not liable for reactions or complications arising from withheld information.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings while on our premises.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or products.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be limited under UK law.
